1.  Overflowing gutters

This is a common problem and happens typically when your drainage system is clogged with debris and water is running over the side, instead of being evacuated safely.  Clogged gutters are easy to clean, so their efficiency can be restored with just a little bit of effort.

2.  Pooling water close to the house

You know you may have a gutter problem if you notice water pooling around the house.  In normal conditions, water is evacuated away from the walls and foundation,  through the  downspouts,  but if the drainage system doesn't work properly water will pooling  next to the building and infiltrate in the foundation.

3.  Holes and cracks in the gutters

Gutters can be made of metal or PVC.   Metal can corrode and the rust will punch holes in the gutters, while vinyl can crack because of exposure or mechanical action.

4.  Gutted detachment

This problem happens due to incorrect installation, or the weight of the debris left in the gutters to accumulate in large quantities.

5. Sagging gutters

This problem can be caused by tree branches heating the gutters, improper installation or simply old age.
